Seldén winch bases fit all mast sections and are easy to install.
Each pad has a label with the fixing instructions for the winch base. The pads have a 5° angle so sheets do not overlap on the winch (on reefing winch bases the angle is 15°). They are insulated against corrosion with a plastic sheet and the edges are rounded to prevent chafe and tears on the sails. Seldén offers bases for halyard winches and reefing winches.
