Torsionally stiff side cheeks made from glass-fibre reinforced polymer to prevent jamming. The 100 mm block has black anodised aluminium side cheeks
 
 
AISI 316 stainless steel bearing pin
 
 
Polymer sheave for 50 mm and 60 mm sizes, glass-fibre reinforced with polymer bushing for 70 mm and 80 mm, and for the 100 mm block an anodised aluminium sheave with polymer bushing and two Delrin® axial bearings to stabilise the block when the line enters or exits at an angle.
